Day 4 - Still Waiting….

I am at a restaurant in Brielle NJ writing today’s blog. We have been stuck on the boat for most of the morning. Between the storm surge and the moon tide most of the docks are under water and we can’t get off the boat. It looks like we will be here another couple of days. The weather is a little better and the rain has stopped for the moment. I was on the phone with China this morning trying to get parts for our scooters. I hope we can get the parts shipped here in time.
We just walked to get lunch but most places are only open for dinner. We finally found a spot that was a small luncheonette type place. We are going to go poke around a few stores and then head back to the boat. We are going to try to check out the tv antenna and see if we can figure out what is wrong. We are in limbo on plans until we know if we can get the scooter parts. We will keep you posted.
